Drawing polygons and stars with Photoshop Polygon Tool
The Polygon Tool is a shape tool used to create polygons. The options bar controls the number of sides, and the original tutorial also demonstrates using the tool to create a star shape.
Select the Polygon Tool
Choose the Polygon Tool from the shape tools.
Draw a polygon
Position the pointer in the work area, then click and drag to draw the polygon at the required size.
Change the sides or create a star
Set the required number of sides in the options bar before drawing. The tutorial also shows using the Polygon Tool settings to create a star shape.
