HTML Frame Resize: Legacy noresize Attribute and Modern Layout Control

Legacy topic: The noresize attribute belonged to the obsolete <frame> element.

In a classic frameset, users could sometimes drag the separator between frames. Adding noresize to a frame prevented that frameset boundary from being resized.

There is no need for a modern equivalent of noresize in ordinary page layout. Use CSS Grid, Flexbox, width, height, min-width, max-width and responsive media queries to control layout dimensions. An iframe is sized like another replaced element in the page.
